1900 calorie high volume & high protein meal prep for fat loss on a student budget



As always, if you are new to the channel/page and haven't already checked out the high volume, macro friendly recipe book then be sure to have a look.


Whether it's to directly support the channel or you genuinely love eating huge, tasty meals and don't ever want to be left feeling hungry on a diet ever again, the book is literally everything you will ever need.

However, for now, much like I said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients for the full day of eating 1900 calories as seen in the video.


MEAL 1

4 large egg whites

15g coconut flour

200g chocolate protein pudding mix

30g cereal

1 tsp. cocoa powder

20g whey protein

Stevia, flavdrops or barista liquid (as desired)

Instant coffee (as desired)


MEAL 2

150g chicken breast

500g cauliflower rice

500g vegetable medley

1 large egg

100g sweet and sour sauce

1 bag of skip crisps

Herbs and spices (as desired)


MEAL 3

60g fat free cheese

600g aubergine

200g tomatoes

3 turkey sausages

100g reduced fat bacon medallions

Herbs and spices (as desired)


MEAL 4

Exclusive for recipe book fb group (sorry guys, I have to keep SOME recipes for the fam)


TOTAL MACROS

· 227g protein

· 178g carb

· 39g fat


Total calories: 1971kcal

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
