THE 5$ SHREDDING DIET BREAKDOWN


Apple cinnamon French toast

  • 5 slices of bread - 18c

  • 7 eggs - 1.19€

  • 75g Apple sauce - 16c

  • 250g melon - 7c

  • Total - 1.60€

Salad

  • Bowl - 20c

  • 125g kidney beans - 12c

  • 150g turkey - 75c

  • 200g plumb tomatoes - 15c

  • 40g fat free cheese - 13c

  • 250g melon - 7c

  • Total -1.42€

Veggie bake

  • 500g green beans - 35c

  • 500g vegetable medley - 50c

  • 8 slices of meat - 11c

  • 125g kidney beans - 12c

  • 200g plumb tomatoes - 15c

  • 40g fat free cheese - 13c

  • 150g baby potatoes - 15c

  • Total - 1.51€

Protein Icecream

  • 1 scoop of whey - 30c

REMEMBER

Much like every meal plan, this full day of shredding is still a very “generic” meal plan in that it is not customised to you as an individual, something which is impossible to do in a video so if you are interested in a fully customised personal approach to diet and training, check THIS out.


SUMMARY
