Ingredients:

Coconut flour - 15g
Marshmallows - 30g
Ice (as needed until desired thickness is reached)
Skyr - 100g
White chocolate whey protein - 25g
Vanilla protein milk - 200ml
Water (f needed to make more liquidy)
White chocolate flavdrops
Sucralose
1-2tsp xanthan gum (or guar gum)

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
