However, for now, much like i said in the video, here is the full list of ingredients and the macro breakdown of the high volume Ben & Jerry's baked alaska protein ice cream.


Ingredients:

  • Skinny syrup - https://bit.ly/31gN2SA

  • White Chocolate Spread - 15g

  • Coconut flour - 15g

  • Marshmallows - 30g

  • Ice (as needed until desired thickness is reached)

  • Skyr - 100g

  • White chocolate whey protein - 25g

  • Vanilla protein milk - 200ml

  • Water (f needed to make more liquidy)

  • White chocolate flavdrops

  • Sucralose

  • 1-2tsp xanthan gum (or guar gum)

Macros for entire recipe Calories: 456kcal Protein: 44g Carbs: 52g Fat: 8f


Additional topping ideas (not included in the macros)

  • Meringues

  • Cinnamon

  • Peanut butter

  • Skimmed milk

  • Egg whites

  • Fruits

  • Oats

  • Chocolate chips

Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand you chose however, if possible, do your best to find the lowest calorie version of the ingredients. Even if it's only 2-3g less carbs per 100g or 1g less fat per 100g, they all do still add up.
