INSANE HIGH VOLUME 2100 Calorie Full Day of EATING

Whether it's to directly support the channel or you genuinely love eating huge, tasty meals and don't ever want to be left feeling hungry on a diet ever again, the book is literally everything you will ever need.

However, for now, much like every meal plan, this full day of INSANELY HIGH VOLUME eating is a very “generic” meal plan in that it is not customised to you as an individual, something which is impossible to do in a video so if you are interested in a fully customised personal approach to diet and training, check THIS out.


Nonetheless, let’s dive into this meal plan which for the majority of you, should be tailored towards fat loss


Breakfast

  • 220g- Baked Beans

  • 5 Broghies

  • 300g cantaloupe

  • 250g mushrooms

  • 200g tomatoes

  • 30g onion

  • 1 large whole egg

  • 170g egg whites

Lunch

  • 250g spinach

  • 500g cauliflower

  • 200g tomatoes

  • 200g cucumber

  • 200g bell peppers

  • 150g celery

  • 200g 0kcal noodles

  • 150g chicken breast


Snack

  • 855ml sugar free jello

  • 20g whey

  • 50ml almond milk

  • 100g skyr

  • 200g strawberries


Dinner

  • 500g green beans

  • 200g courgette

  • 200g bell peppers

  • 100g tomatoes

  • 500g carrots

  • 50g fat free cheese

  • 100g onion

  • 120g low calorie tomato sauce

  • 150g lean steak mince


Macro capper

  • 25g whey protein

  • 150g blueberries


Summary

· 225g carb

· 44g fat

· 206g protein

· 2120 calories
